Adding exercise to the program can help you move and feel younger then you really are.

One thing that is often over looked is to try and make sure that you have something or several things in your life that help you feel fulfilled. Many people have do not have anything that keeps them engaged, mentally and emotionally, will age faster. It can be anything like community work, a pet, a hobby or a relationship.
